Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide! Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. All customs fees and duties are prepaid for international deliveries. Additionally, tracking information will be provided for all orders. In isolated cases, some orders may be delayed due to the impact of the ongoing pandemic. Please note regional slow downs in mail delivery due to COVID-19 restrictions has led to sporadic delays in deliveries to some areas.
Returns
If you have any issues with your order after receiving it, you have 7 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
In the unlikely case you receive a broken, damaged, or incorrect item, The Easy Tile Leveling System will be responsible for return shipping costs. If a return is for any other reason, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@easytileleveling.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
